Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Financial reporting and performance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow management and financial planning
- Assisting with process improvement and automation initiatives
- Supporting strategic financial decision-making
- Ensuring compliance and strengthening internal controls
- Working closely with operational and executive team
Job Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) or fully qualified CIMA
- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Engineering or related industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Strong management accounting and reporting experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
