General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of Future Found Sanctuary. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director or designated Executive Representative of Newmark Hotels & Reserves, the General Manager will ensure the successful operation of the property through exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, effective people management, and adherence to Newmark Hotels & Reserves' standards and values. The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring the property achieves its commercial objectives while maintaining the highest levels of service excellence, guest satisfaction, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
