Due to this rapid growth, we're seeking motivated Junior Sales Managers to join our elite team and be fast-tracked into Branch Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager roles through our fully supported, structured 12month Certified Sales & Management Development Programme.

Key Responsibilities as a Junior Sales Manager

You'll partner closely with experienced leaders while building practical expertise in high-impact sales, client engagement, team motivation, and operational sales support in our health and sport-focused branches.

You will be trained to

  • Engage directly with clients, build strong relationships, and close sales opportunities
  • Lead and support daily sales activities and branch operations
  • Hone advanced sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service excellence
  • Develop leadership, team motivation, and communication abilities
  • Drive business growth through targeted sales strategies and performance tracking
  • Transition confidently into full sales management roles upon programme completion

This is a high-energy, sales-development-focused position designed to prepare you for leadership in our growing multi-branch network.

OUR 12-MONTH CERTIFIED SALES & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Successful candidates enter our fully funded 12-month programme, featuring comprehensive training in:

No previous sales management or extensive business experience needed — we provide complete, hands-on training and mentorship from day one. Essential Requirements
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and positive, energetic attitude
  • Genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and excel in sales
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven, people-oriented environment
  • Afrikaans and English communication skills highly advantageous (understanding Afrikaans beyond basic level is key; speaking fluently is a bonus but not required)
