Junior Service Delivery Manager

Our client is looking for a Junior Service Delivery Manager to join their operations team, focusing on ensuring smooth service delivery, strong client communication, and accurate reporting. This role is ideal for someone early in their service management career who enjoys working with people, processes, and service performance tracking.
• Support day-to-day service delivery operations across customer accounts
• Compile and present service performance reports for internal and client review
• Assist in SLA monitoring, compliance tracking, and escalation management
• Participate in customer service review meetings and documentation
• Step in to support senior management during client escalations
• Maintain operational records and ensure service visibility across teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
• 2–5 years’ experience in IT operations, service desk, or customer support environments
• Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to managed services environments advantageous
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and service management concepts
• Experience with ITSM platforms beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach
• Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
