The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to Tanzania and work closely with project teams on the delivery of high-profile developments from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial design stages through to detailed design and implementation.
• Produce comprehensive drawing packages and technical documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve design and technical challenges while ensuring project objectives are achieved.
• Assist in the successful delivery of large-scale hospitality and commercial developments.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Contribute to design presentations, material selections, and project coordination meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional Interior Design experience.
• Proven experience working on hospitality and commercial interior projects, preferably large-scale developments.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing and able to relocate to Tanzania.
