Senior Engineer (IST ESA ADMS)

Seeking a Senior Engineer – IST ESA ADMS to lead the delivery, integration, configuration, and support of GE PowerOn ADMS solutions within complex electrical distribution utility environments. The role involves technical leadership, project delivery oversight, client engagement, system commissioning, and ensuring reliable operation of mission-critical utility systems.

Key Requirements

• Matric plus B.Eng (Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering) or BSc Computer Science

• Minimum 5–10 years’ technical experience within a relevant field

• Minimum 5–10 years’ team leadership experience

• Approximately 5 years’ project-based delivery experience

• Strong experience with GE PowerOn ADMS is essential

• Experience with enterprise system installation, configuration, integration, and support

• Exposure to electrical distribution utility environments

• Experience with Oracle relational databases

• Basic Linux command line experience essential

• Linux system administration experience advantageous

• Software development experience advantageous

• Experience integrating with GIS, EAM, ERP, and CRM systems

• Strong troubleshooting and system integration capabilities

• Experience supporting mission-critical 24/7 environments

• Strong report writing and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and project delivery abilities

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
