Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Plant Manager | Factory Manager in the Manufacturing | FMCG Industry
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical or relevant tertiary education required
- Proficient in SAP or Manufacturing systems
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes | Raw materials | Machine utilitisation, and Health & Safety compliance requirements
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
