POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements for the role

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma or related qualification is preferred but is not essential.
• Previous experience having worked as a facility community lead or in a customer engagement role working within the hospitality, building or related markets is required for this role.
• Must be computer literate (Google Suite and MS Office proficiency).
• Strong attention to detail in managing workspace logistics and facility upkeep.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Fostering connections and creating a dynamic workplace culture, ensuring that their members’ needs are met, such as curated events, facilitating engagements, enhancing business opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for all.
• Conducting building tours set up by the Sales team for VIPs or prospective members as needed.
• Setting up and hosting weekly “social events” that help to create a community within your location and execute “Value-Driving” events planned by the Events team when applicable in the building.
• Liaising with in-building, third-party cleaning companies to ensure space is kept up to standards.
• Overseeing Community responsibilities for Member companies in buildings where Community is not present, which may include owning certain operational duties, liaising with Sales and Account Management, as well as supporting specific contractual agreements.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workspace, ensuring it is well-maintained, organised, and fully functional.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Supporting the community manager in space utilisation optimisation and occupancy tracking.
• Reviewing all AI media platforms to understand areas of improvement and implementing proactive changes, keeping member experience top of mind.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
