Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving the successful execution of strategic and operational projects across the Newmark Hotels & Reserves portfolio. Working closely with the Operations Director and relevant leadership teams, the Project Manager will ensure that project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, monitored, and completed within agreed deadlines.The role serves as the central point of coordination within the PACER project management system, ensuring accountability across departments, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing visibility on project progress, risks, and outstanding actions.

The position may require occasional domestic and/or international travel in support of operational, commercial, supplier, training, or corporate business activities
