SUMMARY

Our client in the mobile technology sector is seeking a Programme Manager – APP / Applications on a contract duration of 6 months.

Role Purpose

The Programme Manager – Applications is responsible for leading and managing large-scale application delivery programmes within a telecommunications environment. The role ensures the successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects across digital channels, enterprise applications, customer platforms, billing systems, CRM, OSS/BSS, and related technology ecosystems. The incumbent will align programme objectives with business strategy, manage stakeholders across business and technology functions, oversee budgets and resources, and ensure the delivery of solutions that drive customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or equivalent).
• Agile Certification (SAFe, Scrum, AgilePM) advantageous.
• MBA or Postgraduate Qualification advantageous.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of IT Programme and Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing large-scale application programmes within a telecommunications environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and large delivery teams.
• Strong exposure to application development, integration, and enterprise systems.
