We are seeking a proven leader who can develop and motivate a multi-disciplinary team spread across different countries. You’ll excel at supporting and coaching your team face-to-face and remotely, with the passion and drive to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Thrive At
- Promoting a Vision and Business Plan that guides the long-term strategy and sustainable pipeline generation for the region.
- Providing leadership, mentorship and coaching to sales, operational and administrative employees so they can achieve their best in an empowered and cohesive environment.
- Actively monitoring sales pipelines, regional trends and strategic opportunities to demonstrate ongoing value to customers and maximise sales performance, growth and account retention.
- Ensuring the region achieves agreed sales, revenue and profit targets, across equipment, support and service portfolios, including contract renewals.
- Establishing and further strengthening trusted relationships with customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other strategic partners.
- Providing strategic insights and operational feedback to Head Office in Western Australia and through attendance at the global VP’s leadership forums.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the region, including administration, human resources, safety, budgeting, governance, risk and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong people leadership capability.
- Significant sales pipeline development and sales management experience, including service delivery, account management and business development.
- Proven commercial acumen and understanding of how business is conducted in the region.
- Proven track-record in selling complex solutions within technology service and solution delivery, business improvement, mining or enterprise level services, mining equipment or infrastructure management, business applications, or analytics.
- Understanding of operational issues and key business drivers relative to large-scale mining in high-value multiple stakeholder engagements will be highly regarded.
- Delivering accurate forecasting and disciplined Salesforce management to enable informed, timely business decision-making.

This position attracts a highly competitive remuneration package, including a quarterly bonus.
