As an Integrated Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver integrated supply chain solutions within the Retail, Lifestyle, and Technology sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute a targeted account strategy within Retail / Lifestyle / Technology segments.
Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline (3–6x coverage) through proactive hunting.
Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and solution-based selling.
Understand customer supply chain needs and translate into tailored, value-driven solutions.
Position and sell end-to-end logistics and supply chain offerings.
Own commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing of new business.
Collaborate with internal CX, Product, and Operations teams for delivery excellence.
Ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Continuously gather market intelligence to refine targeting and positioning.
Accountabilities
Drive country revenue growth and new customer acquisition
Increase share of wallet across logistics and services offerings
Ensure contract compliance and successful customer onboarding
Contribute to customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Success Measures
New logos acquired
Pipeline value and conversion rate
Revenue generated from new customers
Speed to onboard and first shipment
Quality of pipeline aligned to target segments
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone with
At least 3–5 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management with commercial exposure
Strong hunter sales mindset with proven new business results
Ability to grow Retail / Lifestyle / Technology customer base
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer solutioning
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to translate customer pain points into actionable solutions
