Senior Professional Officer (IT) - Project Manager
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 5 - 8 years’ relevant project manager experience. Prior project
manager experience in an ICT environment is recommended
- Computer literacy: Ability to use standard organizational
computerised systems (ERP, MS Office etc.)
- A valid EB (08) driver’s license
Key Performance Areas
- Develops, implements and leads a wide range of IT
projects, programs, initiatives, systems policies and
practices in relation to the IT project management discipline
- Analyse and evaluate business requirements and apply
professional skills to implement IT projects:
- Identify opportunities for prompt business processes
- Enable office productivity automation
- Automate manual processes through the use of software
solutions through workflow enablement of business processes
and the delivery of appropriate Information systems technologies
- Communication management and stakeholder management
- Manage, develop and/or implement various projects or
minor to medium sized programmes
