Temporary Marketing Administrator
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including organizing events and creating promotional materials
- Assist with social media marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist with drafting and editing marketing communications, such as emails, press releases, and website content
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems to track customer interactions and campaign effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software and SAP
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The Marketing Administrator will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other members of the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the overall marketing objectives of the organization.
