Millwright (Reseal/Maintenance/EE role)

We are seeking a skilled Millwright (EE) to join our client's Maintenance team, Atlantis

Overview

In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our client's facilities in Atlantis

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) + Millwright Red Seal
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing
• Electrical & mechanical system experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to read technical manuals & use diagnostic tools
• Must live in Cape Town and be available for standby

Purpose

Maintain machinery and systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Duties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues
• Manage spare parts and maintenance records
• Ensure safety compliance and report incidents
• Maintain clean work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Complete reports and attend meetings
• Deliver quality service and resolve issues promptly

Additional

• Work standby (own transport required)
• Follow timekeeping rules and any new company procedures

Package

• Salary: R40,000 basic
• 13th cheque (if qualifying)
• Production bonus
• Standby allowance + overtime pay
• Hours: Monday–Friday (no shifts)
