Multiple established restaurants are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Managers to join their teams.
If you have a solid background in F&B operations and know how to run both the numbers and the people side of a busy hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.
In this role you will take full responsibility for the food and beverage operation, overseeing service quality, stock management, team performance and cost control.
You will work closely with kitchen leadership and ownership to ensure the business runs efficiently while delivering a consistently great guest experience.
- Managing the day-to-day F&B operation across restaurant, bar and any function or events offering
Leading, developing and scheduling FOH and bar teams to maintain high service standards.
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, supplier relationships and monthly stock takes.
- Monitoring and managing food and beverage costs against budgeted targets.
- Handling guest relations, resolving complaints and maintaining the overall guest experience.
- Compiling operational reports, cash-ups and daily trading summaries for management.
- Coordinating with the kitchen on menu planning, costing and service execution.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and liquor licensing requirements.
*What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in an F&B management role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage costing, GP management and stock control.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-volume or quality-driven setting.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of food, wine and cocktail offerings.
- A hands-on manager who leads from the floor, not just the office.
