Client Service Executive

A Specialised Insurance provider in Roodepoort is looking for a Client Service Executive to provide personalised and attentive customer service to their policyholders.

• Build continuous relationships with clients in order to identify their needs
• Be proactive in providing timely feedback to customers daily
• Engage with clients on any questions they may have regarding the various products and services
• Be diligent in updating the system and database with new information obtained from clients
• Create and maintain client files
• Take responsibility for the renewals of client policies
• Client retention
• Must be solution-orientated and provide resolution to clients in regard to any problems that may arise in relation to their short-term insurance policy.

• Completed degree, preferably BCom
• Strong academic results
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
• Must be professional
• Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
• Exceptional client service

Negotiable depending on experience
