Group Finance Manager

South African engineering and manufacturing company that designs, manufactures, and supplies mineral processing and mining equipment for the mining industry. They are based in Benoni and operate as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

A Group Financial Manager oversees an organization's financial health by providing strategic analysis, ensuring compliance with standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP), and directing accounting operations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, developing budgets and forecasts, mitigating risks, managing cash flow, and leading the finance team to support executive decision making. Provide financial guidance to the DEO and other executive leaders in making informed business decisions.

Min Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage.
