School Facilitator

Do you have the energy, drive, and passion to make learning exciting?We travel to schools across South Africa, delivering interactive programmes for learners in EMS, Business Studies, Accounting, Mathematics Literacy, and Tourism.We’re looking for a dynamic individual who loves working with young people, enjoys travelling, and thrives on presenting engaging content.

•Peak season: February–September (busy travel schedule, most weekdays)

•Quiet season: October–January (flexibility for planning, training, and leave)

•Travel outside Gauteng covered (flights, rental, accommodation)

•Facilitate projects at schools nationwide (Grade 7–12)

•Present interactive lessons that make learning fun

•Travel extensively and manage your own schedule

•Build strong relationships with schools and learners

•Own reliable vehicle

•Fluent in English and Afrikaans

•Strong Microsoft Office skills

•Confident communicator and presenter

•Organised, self‑motivated, and adaptable

•Teaching experience or current studies in education (advantageous)

Earning Potential

•This is a commission‑only role with exceptional rewards for performance:

•30 % commission on school invoices (excl. VAT)

•Extra income for marking (R5 000–R10 000+)

•Realistic monthly earnings: R40 000 – R80 000+ during peak season (Feb–Sept)

•April & May 2026 earnings exceeded R60 000 per month
