Role Description This is a full-time, on-site New Business Sales role based in Cape Town. The New Business Sales professional is responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, conducting outbound calls and meetings, and presenting tailored business technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close new business. The role involves collaborating with technical and service teams to design solutions that meet client needs and ensuring account management thereafter. T

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
  • Solid Business acumen, with an understanding of ICT, managed services, and office technologies, and the ability to link solutions to client business outcomes.
  • Proven New Business Development and Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing new deals.
  • Customer Service mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and providing responsive follow-up.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within ICT, managed services, or related business technologies.
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Cape Town, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Own reliable transport required

Good basic, with high commission earnings.
