Salesforce Developer – Hilton

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a natural aptitude for programming. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Integrations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability
