POSITION INFO

The Fancourt Marketing Team, representing our internationally acclaimed golf and leisure resort, is looking to recruit the digital marketing master. We need someone who can capture the essence of the experience and lifestyle we offer, and who can communicate that effectively across various digital and social media platforms.

We’re looking for someone proactive to produce content that people want to follow and can relate to, and to bring our story to life in the digital space.

Key performance areas are all tied to the generation and management of this content and the success it has in the digital space.

We want to employ someone who can:

• showcase their skill, experience and competence relating to relevant work experience, including hands on management of social media channels,
• demonstrate (through verifiable links and references) their creativity and documented immersion in social media, SEO and digital marketing, as well as campaign planning and execution,
• prove they are proficient in utilising various social media platforms, and understand what it takes to maintain an engaging, consistent front-end presence across them,
• prove they are experienced in sourcing and managing content (generation, development and publishing), including written blogs and video/vlog production,
• plan, build and deliver monthly social media campaigns from concept through to scheduling and reporting,
• tell a story,
• connect with people,
• reason,
• jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, and who can demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

MS Office proficiency is critical, relevant work and industry experience is very important, a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous, but the right attitude, energy and being a culture fit is not negotiable.
