Requirements

Degree: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

GCC (Factories) - GMR 2.1 Appointment

10 Years Experience in a Heavy Engineering Industry

Responsibilities

• Develop / implement maintenance strategies
• Improve equipment reliability, sustainability and reduce costs
• Ensure safe, efficient & accurate maintenance of equipment
• Engineering support - mechanical and electrical
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Major and annual Shutdown planning
• Managing / completing maintenance & repair requests
• Talent development / succession planning
• Regular maintenance reports
• ID / Manage contractors & suppliers
• H&S Compliance, Risk assessments, Audits, ID high-risk areas
• Monitor technical developments / implement improvements / projects
• Budgets & Procurement
• Adherence to Occupational and Environmental Safety Health Administration standards
