A leading Johannesburg-based organisation within the QSR sector is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a key role in driving people strategy, organisational performance, and employee engagement across the business. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
- Oversee employee relations, labour compliance, and HR governance
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
- Champion culture, employee engagement, and change management programmes
Candidate Profile
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 6+ years' HR experience, including exposure at senior or management level
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
