A leading Johannesburg-based organisation within the QSR sector is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a key role in driving people strategy, organisational performance, and employee engagement across the business. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
• Oversee employee relations, labour compliance, and HR governance
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
• Champion culture, employee engagement, and change management programmes

Candidate Profile

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• 6+ years' HR experience, including exposure at senior or management level
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
