SUMMARY

An opportunity has opened for a Head of AML, Responsible Gambling & Risk (MLRO & RGCO) at a dynamic, niche iGaming organisation backed by an established ownership structure and strong partnerships.

POSITION INFO

Location: Century City (Hybrid) | Permanent Position

This role has full responsibility and accountability for compliance with all applicable South African legislation, regulatory requirements, and licence conditions, including obligations set by the Financial Intelligence Centre and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

The MLRO & RGCO is the designated and accountable senior authority responsible for the overall oversight, governance, and effectiveness of the company’s AML, CTF, Responsible Gambling, and Risk Management frameworks.

Offering will entail highly negotiable salary and the opportunity to form a part of a dynamic and driven team environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Relevant Qualifications or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
• Must have 3 – 5 years proven experience in a senior AML/Compliance/MLRO role, preferably within iGaming, financial services or betting industry
• Essential working knowledge of: FICA and FIC reporting obligations | South African gambling regulations | Responsible Gambling frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in: Building and managing compliance frameworks | Regulatory engagement and audit management
