About The Client

Our Client is a leading provider of hydraulic hose and fluid connection solutions, servicing a wide range of industries across Australia. They are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service while providing a supportive and professional work environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Answering inbound customer phone calls and email enquiries
• Processing customer orders and purchase orders accurately
• Data entry and maintaining customer records
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Assisting with general customer service and administration duties
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Previous blue-collar customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• Intermediate computer and data entry skills
