Senior Agile Master/Product Owner

You'll join a dynamic, international team where you'll take ownership of a sophisticated platform centered around data orchestration, reporting, planning, and the seamless consolidation of data across multiple transactional systems.

Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. skills, capacity). Implement the product vision and roadmap.
Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology
Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint
Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings, etc.
Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope, decision regarding release or rework in the product backlog.
Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy, including the Feature Teams as well as all relevant internal functions at the company and external partners, if necessary.
Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
Soft Skills
Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
Take consultative approach to challenge customers’ requested solution design, should a better alternative exist.

Relevant IT / Business qualification
Scrum Master Certification
6+ years relevant experience
Extensive Agile Master and Product Owner working experience
Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to lead, organize and mentor Feature Teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Strong organizational and time management skills

R100k to R120k pm
