Unit Manager Maternity & Paeds

A dual-speciality leadership role in Johannesburg for a clinically strong Nurse Manager to oversee both Maternity and Paediatric services, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and team performance within a busy hospital setting.

Requirements:Top of Form

• SANC registered.
• A diploma or degree in Nursing.
• A post basic qualification in Maternity and/or Paediatrics.
• Strong managerial experience within a healthcare environment is essential.
• Proven clinical experience in both maternity and paediatric nursing.
• Able to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, within a high-pressure environment.
• A sound understanding of patient care standards, unit operations, and clinical governance.
