Audit Senior / Audit Manager

Are you an experienced audit professional ready to take the next step into leadership and strategic client engagement? We’re looking for a strong Audit Senior / Audit Manager to join our client’s dynamic and growing team.

Team Leadership & Oversight

• Take full responsibility for audit quality and successful completion of engagements
• Manage audit teams and workflow across multiple clients
• Allocate work and manage team capacity effectively
• Perform final reviews and sign off on audit files

Audit & Client Management

• Determine audit approaches and testing strategies
• Handle complex technical matters and high-risk areas
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage communication, escalations, and client expectations

Staff Management & Development

• Mentor, coach, and develop audit staff and clerks
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
• Oversee training and performance management

Operational Management

• Manage deadlines, budgets, and resource planning
• Oversee engagement progress and workflow priorities
• Ensure efficient audit delivery across your portfolio

• Completed SAICA articles
• BCom Degree
• AGA(SA) qualified or eligible
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
