Theatre Manager

A senior theatre leadership opportunity in Durban for a seasoned theatre professional to oversee operational performance, clinical quality, and multidisciplinary coordination within a busy surgical environment.

Requirements:

• SANC registered.
• A degree in Nursing Science.
• A diploma in Operation Theatre Nursing.
• Proven nursing management experience, within a theatre environment.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Financial acumen, with an understanding of budgeting and cost management.
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation and supply chain management principles.
• An understanding of the private healthcare industry, and hospital operational structures, is advantageous.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
