Unit Manager Paediatric

An exciting leadership opportunity in Mthatha for an experienced paediatric nurse ready to take ownership of a specialised unit, driving both clinical excellence and team development within a patient-centred environment.

Requirements:

• SANC registered.
• A post basic qualification in Paediatrics, or proven experience within the specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong clinical and managerial skills, within a paediatric healthcare environment.
• Able to implement, and maintain, healthcare standards, in line with accreditation and legislative requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
