Senior Product Owner

You'll take ownership of a cutting-edge digital HR system, with a strong focus on analytics technologies spanning data orchestration, reporting, planning, and consolidation across multiple transactional systems.

This role calls for a seasoned Agile Master/Product Owner with strong facilitation and coaching skills, a proven ability to lead, organize, and mentor Feature Teams, and hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. skills, capacity).
Implement the product vision and roadmap.
Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology
Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint
Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings, etc.
Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope, decision regarding release or rework in the product backlog.
Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy, including the Feature Teams as well as all relevant internal functions at the company and external partners, if necessary.
Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.

Relevant IT / Business qualification
Scrum Master Certification
6+ years relevant experience
Extensive Agile Master working experience
Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to lead, organize and mentor Feature Teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Strong organizational and time management skills
