SUMMARY
POSITION INFO
The Senior Feature Analyst will be responsible for leading the documentation, design, and delivery of workflow automation initiatives within the Digital Sales Centre. The role bridges business needs and technical execution — translating process inefficiencies into structured solutions that reduce manual workload and improve operational throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Document and map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes and workflows
- Design end-to-end solution designs that support workflow automation and reduction of manual staff tasks
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and functional documentation
- Provide developers with clear technical specifications to support solution development and implementation
- Drive and manage key project deliverables within agreed timelines, flagging risks and dependencies proactively
- Collaborate with QA, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are delivered to specification
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and sign-off processes with business owners
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation opportunities across the DSC environment

- UAT support documentation and sign-off packs
- Status updates and project reporting to relevant stakeholders
Essential
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Feature Analyst in a banking or financial services environment
- Proven experience in workflow analysis, process mapping, and automation projects
- Strong Business Requirements documentation skills (BRS, functional specs, technical specs)
- Experience working in a Digital Sales or Contact Centre environment (advantageous)
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills — comfortable engaging at both business and technical levels
- Proficient in process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent)
Advantageous
- Exposure to Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) or Enterprise Banking products and processes
- Experience on automation or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives
- Familiarity with workflow tools and DSC/CRM platforms
- IIBA certification (CBAP or CCBA) or equivalent BA qualification
