Rebate Clerk
Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining the Bond Store Records, as well as controlling stock movement to and from the Bond Store and inventory accuracy within the Bond Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Control all movements to and from, as well as cargo placements in the Bond Store
- Maintain 100% accurate Bond records
- Log and investigate discrepancies; initiate required corrective actions
- Create, print and file all required paperwork
- Calculate the production requirement and prepare Misc/Entry orders on Pride
- Schedule the Kimberley Clark production programme
- Plan and release orders on KEWILL
- Adherence to Health & Safety rules.
- Assist with the Inbound processing of ASN's
- Ensure no short picks occur before releasing tasks for picking
- Always wear the company uniform with pride, ensuring that the uniform is clean and presentable
- Timeous and accurate completion of tasks
- Manage and file all Customs required paperwork, invoices as well as e-mails
- Maintain and communicate all required reports
- Reconcile releases, pick requests and Bonds
- 100% Compliance to SARS customs, laws and consignments
- Provide support on customer queries
- Co-ordinate Inbound and Outbound stock to meet the customer needs
- Ensure timely incident handling and reporting
- Observe, maintain the follow warehouse safety and security and security policy and procedures
- Maintain the relationship between the client, warehouse and DHL Global Forwarding
- Active participating in stock counts, i.e. Planning, Preparation and physical counting of stock
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade12
- Logistics and warehouse experience
- WMOS 2017 experience and knowledge
- Pride experience
- Computer literate
- Good problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
