PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

Responsible for growing and maintaining the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS

To build the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand and achieve target growth for the company

  • Achieve sales targets set out by Manager
  • Coordinate & participate in school visits & parent evenings in assigned area according to the Marketing Plan
  • Participation in career exhibitions
  • Organize PR functions with target markets in coordination with Head Office.
  • Distribution of student canvassing- and marketing material to target markets
  • Handle interviews/enquiries from potential students
  • Student recruitment of designated groups according to marketing program

Ensure all administrative duties is done timeously and Head Office and the Campus Principal is up to date with what happens on daily, weekly & monthly basis and reports sent to Management as requested

  • Ensure that STASY wrt capturing and follow – ups is up to date
  • Weekly Sales meeting with Campus Head
  • Reports and stats submitted timeously and accurately

Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies and Capsicum Culinary Studio

  • Ensure legislative policies are adhered to
  • Ensure compliance to all Financial processes
  • Ensure CCS Code of conduct.
  • Adherence to all CCS policies and guidelines as set by the Academic and QA department

To contribute back to the local community, project the values of Capsicum Culinary Studio and implement the Capsicum Culinary Studio plan to decrease carbon footprint

  • Support the company’s social responsibility initiatives
  • Implement CCS plan to decrease carbon footprint
  • Participate in CCS fun events
  • Live the CCS values

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 Year Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field or similar
  • Sales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Advanced Oral & Written Communication
  • Valid drivers license & own vehicle
  • Time Management & Planning
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Target driven with an ability to handle pressure

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years in a target driven sales environment with presentation to all levels.
  • 1 year sales experience
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
