What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Store the day-to-day running of the store
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver their very best
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and daily administration
- Driving sales and helping the store achieve its targets
- Maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety requirements
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Stepping up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

- Previous experience in a supervisory, or junior management role

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager, or Junior Store Manager role within the QSR, fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Experience with stock control and cash handling
- Basic computer literacy and administrative skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable transport to and from work
- A clear criminal record
- South African citizenship or a valid work permit
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in operations and progress into senior leadership roles
