Product & Implementation Manager
Purpose
Support the continued development, implementation and operational delivery of the platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role working directly with the founders and technical leadership team to coordinate product development, client implementations, testing, deployments, operational support and delivery activities.
The successful candidate will help convert product vision into structured execution while ensuring client implementations and operational support are delivered effectively.
This role offers significant exposure to financial services, FX infrastructure, compliance technology, product development and startup execution.
Role Overview
Product Development Coordination
Supporting founders, architects and developers in delivering product enhancements and platform capabilities.
Testing & Release Management
Coordinating testing, release readiness, deployment activities and implementation documentation.
Client Implementations
Managing onboarding and implementation activities for new clients adopting the platform.
Operational Support
Providing structured support coordination and issue management for existing clients.
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Coordinate product development activities
