POSITION INFO

Human Resources/Industrial Officer

• MUST have Security Industry

Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing & Implementing HR strategies aligned with the Company's goals
• Conducting Recruitment & Onboarding Processes
• Managing Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
• Administering Performance Management & Improvement Systems
• Support in Employee Related matters, including Grievances, Disciplinary inquiries, CCMA & BC matters
• Coordinate Training for all HR Training, including MDP, SDP, GBV & EE Awareness
• Assist in Managing the SASSETA Learnership Programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
• Minimum 2 Years' experience Proven in HR Management -

Security Industry

• Solid knowledge of SA Labor Legislation
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
