Brunswick Group is seeking a talented and highly motivated Presentation Designer with established professional experience to join our global design team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality presentations and visual communications that support both internal stakeholders and external clients across a wide range of industries and sectors. This role will report to the IMEA Design Manager based in Dubai.
Working closely with colleagues across multiple markets and disciplines, you will play an important role in transforming complex information into compelling, visually engaging, and client-ready materials. The ideal candidate combines exceptional PowerPoint expertise with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About The Role
- This role will be a global support for the Brunswick global design team and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Supporting the global design team and client-facing colleagues in developing impactful presentations and visual communications for a diverse range of clients and accounts.
- Create and maintain high-quality, on-brand presentation materials that align with Brunswick’s visual identity and formatting standards.
- Transform content created by non-designers into polished, professional, client-ready communications.
- Design a variety of internal and external collateral, including:
- Presentations
- Infographics and factsheets
- Reports and publications
- Digital and social media graphics
- E-cards and marketing materials
- Basic animations and motion graphics
- Produce creative work using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office applications across both PC and Mac platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams, seniority levels, and international offices.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, presentation best practices, and new creative technologies.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience creating presentations in a consulting, agency, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including the creation, editing, and implementation of presentation templates.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual communication, and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to create visually engaging presentations under tight deadlines.
- Experience building, formatting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Word templates and documents.
- Strong understanding of image formats, file optimization, and best practices for presentation design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Working knowledge of print production processes.
- Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
