Assist with routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on diesel-powered equipment and machinery. Support fault-finding, inspections, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring tools and equipment are well maintained. Work closely with senior technicians, complete service reports, and adhere to safety standards and procedures. Maintain a clean workspace and contribute to efficient, high-quality technical operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Technical Certificate or NQF qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• 0–2 years’ experience within diesel, mechanical, or heavy equipment industry
• Basic knowledge of diesel engines, tools, and workshop practices
• Strong willingness to learn with good communication skills
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in a hands-on environment
