Senior Chef de Partie

Hourly Paid

You will ensure our guests receive world-class service, award-winning cuisine, and memorable experiences at our conference and events, room service, bars, restaurants, and lounge.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring that the culinary service standards are met, conducting training with committed, demi, and CDP chefs to meet the standards, ensuring service is run efficiently, and monitoring and maintaining the guest experience by ensuring that every one of our guests receives personalised attention and experiences every time.

Along with your Matric Certificate, you have a culinary-related tertiary qualification and 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment. You’re able to work shifts across multiple kitchens and outlets.

You are neat and professional, with excellent communication skills that complement your outstanding culinary knowledge. Your product knowledge of hotels, competitors, and the city informs your strategic approach, while your team leadership and mentorship skills foster a collaborative environment. You prioritise food and hygiene safety in all operations.
