Finance and Insurance Consultant (Benoni)

Mont Blanc is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be employed by Mont Blanc and based at one of our luxury motor dealership clients.

The role is responsible for arranging vehicle finance and insurance solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate vehicle finance applications and approvals.
• Present finance, insurance, and value-added product options to customers.
• Achieve monthly finance and insurance sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealership staff, banks, and insurers.
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of all finance documentation.
• Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, the National Credit Act, and company policies.
• Support dealership profitability through effective finance and insurance sales.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• RE5, NQF Level 4 qualification (minimum FAIS requirement for financial advisers/intermediaries), NCA

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as an F&I Consultant within the motor industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales and finance targets
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Valid driver's licence & own car
• Experience with premium or luxury vehicle brands will be advantageous
