Business Growth Manager
Heat Exchanger (HX) Retube Services
We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual to work directly with the business owner and help grow a group of South African businesses operating in industrial services, waste management, and import/distribution.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, developing business, maintaining key client accounts, and helping businesses grow.
The successful candidate will work across Heat Exchanger Retube Services, Crudus Waste Management, and RoMeo Imports, supporting business development, client engagement, and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include
• Developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
• Identifying projects, tenders, and growth opportunities
• Coordinating quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Supporting project execution and customer communication
• Visiting clients and building long-term relationships
• Assisting with strategic growth initiatives across multiple businesses
• Working closely with management to identify and pursue new opportunities

Comfortable in industrial and construction-related environments

Qualifications and experience that would be advantageous
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in business development, account management, sales, project coordination, or customer relationship management
• Exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or related industries
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Relevant tertiary qualifications will be advantageous but are not essential. Experience, attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
Gauteng (Hybrid)
The role requires regular travel to customer sites, industrial facilities, and company operations. National travel and occasional international travel may be required.
