The Franchise Co. is a leading force in the food and hospitality franchising sector. We are looking for a creative, high-energy Junior Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing team and help bring our brands to life.
The Role
We are seeking a designer with 1+ years of experience who is comfortable across print, digital media, and motion graphics. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Designers to execute high-quality creative solutions for a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to generate fresh design solutions.
- Develop: Assist in branding, social media graphics, advertisements, website assets, and print-ready marketing materials.
- Brainstorm: Participate in creative sessions and contribute innovative concepts.
- Execute: Use CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce and modify designs.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all franchises.
- Manage: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in graphic design or a related field.
- Qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design (Advantageous).
- Software: Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Essential) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skills: Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to adapt to feedback quickly.
- Portfolio: A digital portfolio or link showcasing your best work is mandatory.
Location: Montana, Pretoria
Position Type: Full-Time (3-month probation with a permanent contract thereafter)
Remuneration: Basic Salary DOE (Depending on Experience)
