Maintenance Coordinator (Midrand| On-site)

Package: ± R23,000 per month

Start Date: 1 August 2026 (or earlier)

This role is ideal for someone with strong construction/facilities exposure, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end maintenance workflows in a fast-paced property environment.

Matric (essential)

2+ years administrative experience

Strong understanding of construction and facilities/maintenance environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel essential)

CRM system experience (Bitrix advantageous)

Strong numerical ability and analytical thinking

Experience in facility or maintenance management preferred

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Exposure to property/maintenance environments (advantageous)
