This role is ideal for a marketer who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and wants exposure to global clients and complex growth challenges.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Solutions

  • Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business model, market, goals, and constraints
  • Formulate strategic marketing recommendations based on channel mix, personas, and intent
  • Educate clients on why specific strategies and channels are recommended, focusing on outcomes rather than products
  • Translate business objectives into scoped, outcome-driven marketing solutions
  • Liaise with both local and international clients monthly and present reports to clients

Growth Process & Commercial Enablement

  • Manage and qualify inbound opportunities according to the Inbound Marketing SOP
  • Present company capabilities, strategic approaches, and proposed solutions

Internal Collaboration & Development

  • Execute client onboarding in collaboration with the Success Division
  • Support Growth Division initiatives including process improvement, training, and reporting
  • Continuously develop strategic, commercial, and communication skills with mentorship and guidance
  • Work with Performance team to ascertain timelines and ensure tasks are planned, scheduled and diarised so that internal deadlines are met

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Work closely with leadership and department heads
  • Assist with financial analysis and operational reporting
  • Support decision-making with accurate and timely financial information
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function
  • Actively test and analyse targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), advert creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
  • Coordinate and manage various digital marketing services for your clients
  • Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training, as well as define, monitor, and analyse trends
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and rollouts of the company
  • Conducting keyword research, optimising website content and structure, including title tags and descriptions, internal linking, architecture, and other technical factors and implementation thereof to improve rankings for target keywords
  • Monitoring Google Ads campaign performance and adjusting optimise campaign performance
  • Write compelling Google Ads ad copy
  • Setting up and managing campaign budgets and bids
  • Monitoring, compile and communicate reports with recommendations to improve client ROI and deliver value
  • Have a strong understanding of international SEO best practices.
  • Providing training and guidance to Performance Team members on SEO and Google Ads best practices
  • Keep pace with industry trends and developments specific to SEO and Google Ads
  • Research and evaluate new technology trends and identify new campaign optimisation opportunities and present to team
  • Complete tasks in line with priorities and due dates set out by Success Team and assist with tasks assigned by Team Leader & HoD
  • Assist in answering technical questions asked by Success Team to develop understanding and knowledge of services rendered
  • 3 years’ experience in an Agency environment as analyst or manager and/or 2 years’ as strategist
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications and/or human sciences and/or data, analytics.
