Dura Equipment Sales, a leading supplier of earthmoving, construction, and agricultural equipment in Southern Africa, is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team in Boksburg.
• Provide administrative and personal support to management
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Assist with project coordination and company events
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
• Manage filing systems and office administration
• Support management with day-to-day operational requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
