Desktop Technician – Midrand

Combined Private Investigations (CPI) is seeking a motivated and skilled

Desktop Technician to join our team in Midrand.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant IT qualification (Microsoft/Information Technology)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' IT support experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, and IT security

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and user support across the business
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues
  • Assist with server, Active Directory, and network administration
  • Support time and attendance systems
  • Maintain IT documentation and provide user training
