In this role you will be responsible for:
-
Administer all Human Resources Development (HRD) activities and training processes
Capture, update and maintain employee and contractor training records on SAP
Create and manage SAP catalogue requests for training events, qualifications and competencies
Coordinate training bookings, venue arrangements, attendance registers and training logistics
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy training records and employee training files
Monitor training documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and ISO audit readiness
Process purchase requisitions and orders for training-related goods and services
Provide reception, telephone and general administrative support to the HRD Department
Always maintain confidentiality of employee information and training records
About you
-
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
Certificate in OD-ETDP, Office Administration or related field will be advantageous
Computer literate (MS Office and SAP)
2-3 Years’ experience in similar environment
