SUMMARY

Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal support across commercial, compliance, and corporate matters within a fast-paced business environment.

POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court
• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience
• Experience within a corporate, multinational, or reputable law firm environment
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of South African commercial law
• Experience with legal risk management, litigation, and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of the CPA, NCA, POPIA, Companies Act, and Competition Act
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
